darji is operated by JEANNETTE LTD, a company registered in England & Wales under company registration number 17139901, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (the "Company", "we", "us"). By using darji you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using darji, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please stop using the service. darji is operated by JEANNETTE LTD (company number 17139901, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom).

2. Service Description

darji is a language learning platform for Moroccan Darija, operated by JEANNETTE LTD. We provide lessons, vocabulary training, grammar and conjugation practice, and spaced repetition tools.

3. User Accounts

You may use darji without an account. Creating an account enables progress sync across devices. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

4. Content

All lesson content, vocabulary, and exercise materials are owned by JEANNETTE LTD. You may not redistribute, resell, or scrape our content.

5. Exercise Content

Exercises are scripted interactions. Answers are multiple-choice or guided and have been written and reviewed by our Darija team.

6. Privacy

We collect minimal data. See our Privacy Policy for details. We never sell your personal information.

7. Free & Pro Tiers

darji offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription with full access. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.

8. Payments & Taxes

Paddle handles billing, including any applicable VAT or sales tax. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (for subscriptions) or as a one-time charge (for lifetime plans).

9. Termination

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (spam, scraping, automated access). You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify registered users of material changes by email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered office of JEANNETTE LTD. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
