By using darija.love you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance

2. Service Description
darija.love is a language learning platform for Moroccan Darija, operated by JEANNETTE LTD. We provide lessons, vocabulary training, interactive dialogue scenarios with Moroccan characters, and spaced repetition tools.
3. User Accounts
You may use darija.love without an account. Creating an account enables progress sync across devices. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
4. Content
All lesson content, vocabulary, and exercise materials are owned by JEANNETTE LTD. You may not redistribute, resell, or scrape our content.
5. Dialogue Scenarios
Dialogue scenarios are scripted interactions with Moroccan characters. Replies are multiple-choice and have been written and reviewed by our Darija team.
6. Privacy
We collect minimal data. See our Privacy Policy for details. We never sell your personal information.
7. Free & Pro Tiers
darija.love offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription with full access. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.
8. Payments & Taxes
Paddle handles billing, including any applicable VAT or sales tax. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (for subscriptions) or as a one-time charge (for lifetime plans).
9. Termination
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (spam, scraping, automated access). You may delete your account at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify registered users of material changes by email.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered office of JEANNETTE LTD. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
