darija.love is operated by JEANNETTE LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17139901), registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. This policy explains how refunds work for Pro subscriptions.
1. Free Tier
darija.love offers a free tier with no payment required. There is nothing to refund for free features.
2. Pro Subscription
darija.love Pro is a paid subscription (monthly or yearly). After subscribing, you have a 14-day window to request a full refund — no questions asked.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@darija.love with your account email and the reason for your request. We'll process your refund within 5 business days.
4. After the 14-Day Window
Refunds are not available after the 14-day period. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
5. Yearly Subscriptions
Yearly subscriptions follow the same 14-day refund policy. After 14 days, you may cancel but will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining months.
6. Exceptions
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact us at hello@darija.love. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will always try to make it right.
7. Payment Processor
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
